#_Boeuf Bourguignon 🍖 🍷 This is Boeuf Bourguignon, a French dish 🇫🇷 that I’ve wanted to try making for a while! Since the main ingredient is beef, it’s expensive, so I was just wondering when I would be able to make it. But I finally bought some beef shank and decided to give it a try~ It wasn't as complicated or difficult as I thought! You just need to cut the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces and simmer them with wine! It tastes a bit like pork ribs(?) haha. It’s so delicious!👍 And since the ingredients are what they are, it won't make you gain weight! Apparently, the origin of Boeuf Bourguignon is that it uses Bourguignon wine~🍷 I looked it up on YouTube and found out that you can't use sweet wines; you have to use red wine! Here is the recipe! Boeuf Bourguignon (1 serving) Approx. 600g beef shank Approx. 1 cup red wine Water (enough to cover the meat and vegetables) Button mushrooms Carrots (the more, the more appetizing the color contrast makes it look) 1 onion 1 tomato Approx. 20g butter (Typical recipes include thick bacon, but I omitted it as I thought the ingredients above would be sufficient.) - Cut the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces. - Sauté the meat in a pan drizzled with olive oil. (They say this locks in the juices and enhances the flavor!) - Remove the meat briefly and sauté the vegetables in the pan where the meat was cooked. (Add more olive oil if needed.) - Add the meat and butter and sauté. - Add the wine and water and simmer over medium-low heat for at least 1 hour. - Season with salt and pepper. Maybe because I'm more into wine than beer these days, I find myself craving European food a lot~ It is truly amazing when paired with wine. A delicious and fancy dinner that comes out in a snap! I also recommend this as a dish for the end of the year 🩷 #BoeufBourguignon #소고기 #와인 #다이어트 #연말 #연말파티 #연말음식 #연말분위기 #연말홈파티 #연말파티음식 #연말요리 #예쁜그릇자랑 #예쁜그릇 #식탁위예술 #맞팔 #맞팔환영 #맞팔해요 #맞팔선팔
