This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. Since I frequently cook dishes that use oil or stews, deep frying pans are items I reach for often among my kitchenware. After using the Cuckoo Kindel Stainless Steel Coated Wok (Wok-style Pan) this time, I was satisfied with everything from its appearance to the actual cooking experience :) 🩶 A weighty and minimalist stainless steel design I particularly liked the stainless steel design that extends seamlessly all the way to the handle. The clean stainless steel exterior combined with the black interior blended naturally with the accent materials in my kitchen. Since it is a cooking tool I use often, I tend to leave it out, and it looks neat even when left as is. 🛡️ Ceramic coating for added convenience While I love the appearance of stainless steel pans, constantly worrying about preheating or food sticking can be a bit of a hassle. This product features a ceramic coating added to the stainless steel pan to ensure heat is distributed evenly and prevent food from sticking easily, making it very convenient to use. I found it very user-friendly, as the food falls cleanly even when plating. 💧 Oil Road: Evenly Distributing Even Small Amounts of Oil The unique pattern inside the pan is called the Intelli Mosaic Oil Road. I liked that the structure helps even a small amount of oil spread evenly across the bottom of the pan, meaning you don't need to use more oil than necessary. Since I usually try to avoid cooking with a lot of oil, I found this particularly useful :) 🍳 Baking and Stir-frying: Versatile Cooking with One Pan With a generous bottom surface and just the right depth, it was great for not only baking and stir-frying but also for simmering or braising dishes with sauces. This time, I baked a baguette and made Aglio Olio; being able to handle multiple cooking processes with just one pan naturally reduced the amount of dishwashing haha. 💞 Matching the Cuckoo Induction Cooktop Coincidentally, we use a Cuckoo induction cooktop at home as well, and when I placed this pan on it, it looked like a perfect match, as if they were a set. It also sat securely in place during actual use. It is also practical that it can be used on various heat sources, from gas stoves to induction and ceramic hobs, so it is not significantly affected by the kitchen environment.
