I cooked everything directly over the heat and placed the finished dishes directly on the table without needing to transfer them to other plates. Since the entire process from cooking to plating went seamlessly, it was much more convenient, even on days when I had to prepare a variety of dishes. The included dedicated silicone handles were also useful for moving hot dishes. The thin stainless steel chopstick tongs I used alongside it allowed for delicate handling when picking up small ingredients or flipping meat, so I found myself reaching for them quite often from cooking to eating.
