My own home workout routine enjoyed at my Jeju home 🌿 I usually worry about exercise equipment taking up too much space, but the Over the Bike has a slim, handleless design, so it blends naturally with the interior even when placed in the living room. When not in use, I fold it up and store it next to the sofa, and when I exercise, I move it wherever I want to use it. These days, I follow along with game-style workout videos while being watched by Cheonje, or lightly pedal while reading a book next to Popo. 🐱🐶 These days, the time spent at home is becoming a little healthier and more enjoyable. A small movement for myself today.
