#구축사용설명서 🏠 I liked it just looking at the floor plan, but when I actually saw the house, there were more than a few things that were baffling 😂 The glossy art wall I encountered as soon as I entered. It’s supposed to be the TV spot, but why is it so shiny...? Across from it was lime green wallpaper, and even molding the size of my palm on the ceiling, haha. Then I went into the bathroom, and there it was—accent tiles! In the end, I decided to pick out only the parts I didn't like and change them at the lowest possible cost. In the living room, I installed new wallpaper over the glossy art wall, and for the ceiling, I kept the existing coffered ceiling and just removed the molding to create a molding-free finish 🤍 In the bathroom, the existing tiles were firmly attached, so instead of demolition, I finished it by laying new tiles over them! I didn't tear everything down, but once the parts that bothered me were sorted out, the atmosphere of the house has changed a lot ✨ I think for older apartments, how well you utilize what already exists is also important. How does the finished look look? 🏡 #OldApartment #구축아파트인테리어 #아파트리모델링 #거실인테리어 #아트월리폼 #무몰딩천장 #우물천장 #욕실리모델링 #타일덧방 #화이트인테리어 #집꾸미기
