My homemade cloud-shaped whole wheat bread 💭 My only experience with home baking was making pastries a few times, but as I started eating regular bread, I gradually developed an interest in bread making. I didn't have the confidence to hand-knead or ferment, so I was just watching others do it— But then I found a recipe on Instagram where you just mix the dough the day before, let it refrigerate for 12 hours, and then simply bake it in a frying pan! I made some for my parents first, and tried making it myself a few days later. It had a chewy texture, like a steamed bun without the filling? It has a sticky texture and stays moist even when cooled, so I think I'll be making this often.
