They looked clean on the outside, but when I actually cleaned them, I could see the dirty water being sucked in right before my eyes. I was a little surprised to see the stains firsthand that I hadn't noticed before. Since this is a space where my children spend every day, I realized that I need to clean it much more often from now on. One of the things I liked was that I could use both wet cleaning and steam functions together. Of course, there are some downsides. Since it is a water-based product, it is a bit heavy, and after use, you have to empty the water tank, wash it, and let it dry thoroughly. Although the maintenance process is a bit cumbersome every time, I think it is a necessary step to keep it clean. After using it myself, I am particularly satisfied with the fact that I can maintain rugs at home, which are usually a hassle to wash. Since I live with my children and dog, I pay more attention to cleaning these days.
