I’m too lazy to go out, but it feels a shame to just hold it in, so Today, I opened a small skewer shop at home. I alternately skewered chicken and green onions, and before grilling, I opened the window and turned on the hood to ventilate the room first. Since I can handle everything from heating the sauce to grilling the skewers with just one unit, the Navien lightwave oven, it’s convenient not having to switch between multiple appliances. While they are grilling, I take out my favorite dishes, and place the finished skewers on them, and just dim the lighting a little, it creates quite a skewer shop atmosphere right at home. As I spend more time cooking at home like this… I’m starting to want to switch my hood to a Navien next time, too. Even when I think I’ve finished decorating the kitchen, my wish list is endless.
