In our home, we unified the walls and ceiling with the same wallpaper throughout. I chose this approach because I liked the way the boundary between the walls and ceiling doesn't stand out, creating a sense of the space flowing naturally as one. I am truly satisfied because the entire house looks much more organized and calm. :-) For lighting, we made extensive use of indirect lighting and added magnetic lights to illuminate where needed. Thanks to the softly diffused light, I think the texture of the wallpaper is also clearly visible. Also, the ceiling fan is one of the items I am most satisfied with after installing it! I love the gentle, not-too-heavy breeze, and I also love the design element added to the ceiling. I think the real fun of interior design is how these small differences come together to create the overall atmosphere of the home!
