#주방리모델링 Practical and pretty with minimal construction 🤎 When moving into this house, one of the places I wanted to change the most was the kitchen. I really wanted to change the layout of the narrow kitchen, but since we decided not to proceed with the flooring work, I gave up on structural changes and proceeded with the existing U-shape. Personally, I don't think a U-shape kitchen is a pretty layout (?) 😂 but after actually using it, the workflow is much more convenient and there is ample storage space, so I am satisfied with its practicality. This time, to reduce the financial burden, my goal was to make it as pretty as possible with minimal changes by focusing on the essential parts of the renovation. We completely demolished the existing kitchen, installed new cabinets for the rice cooker and microwave, and replaced the sink and induction cooktop. And what I paid the most attention to was the overall color scheme! I wanted to transform the existing dull countertops and midway into a bright and soft atmosphere, but I didn't want a kitchen that was too pure white. ✔️ Kitchen Film: Hansol Fog Gray I chose a calm and soft color tone rather than pure white. ✔️ Countertop: Aurora Linen Cream It is a countertop with an attractive, subtle stone pattern. It gives off a warm and natural vibe overall, so it is still my favorite part. ✔️ Midway: 600x600 Lily Beige I matched the colors to beige to create a sense of unity so that the countertop and film colors blend naturally. Since I didn't make any structural changes, it doesn't look like a full interior renovation, but I found that simply matching colors and materials well can significantly change the atmosphere of the kitchen without making extravagant structural changes or spending a fortune. I couldn't do everything I wanted, but since it is a space I use every day, I focused on practicality and filled the kitchen with colors I love! This is a record of our kitchen remodeling project, where we kept the budget down while not sacrificing taste or practicality.
