This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. The interior, where food touches, uses highly corrosion-resistant 316Ti stainless steel. I love that it is suitable for storing acidic or salty ingredients, and you don't have to worry about odors or stains soaking in.👍🏻 Additionally, thanks to its triple-layer structure consisting of an inner STS316Ti and aluminum core and an outer STS439, heat is evenly distributed not only to the bottom but also to the sides, allowing you to cook on various heat sources such as induction and gas stoves.🙂‍↕️ The fact that you don't have to store and cook separately is also very practical. You can store side dishes or prepared ingredients in the refrigerator and cook them immediately when needed, which helps reduce dishwashing. I am particularly impressed by the design that allows for a natural airtight seal thanks to the heavy 1T lid and curved rim, without the need for separate gaskets or locking mechanisms. Another advantage is that since there is no gasket, you can maintain it without worrying about food getting stuck in crevices or odors accumulating. The rim is finished with a pouring rim, designed to allow you to cleanly pour out liquids or sauces even without a spout. It can be used for various dishes, such as steaming sweet potatoes or blanching vegetables—which I often boil for baby snacks—and the cooking methods become even more diverse when used together with the dedicated wire stand and cooking basket. I also liked that the cooking basket's handle can be folded inward and outward, allowing for efficient use of space when storing it! Above all, I have even more confidence in this product because it is manufactured domestically using high-quality materials and technology. Since kitchenware is something you use for a long time once purchased, I consider not only the design but also the materials and ease of maintenance important, and the Gottman Tonnes satisfy all these criteria.
