But after trying the Tempur cervical pillow, I realized... wow, it’s not expensive for nothing! Lately, my posture has gotten much worse while parenting, and my neck has become very uncomfortable. Since I have to breastfeed at night, even a short nap is really important!! But because it's a cervical pillow with a shape that fits my neck line, my neck doesn't feel uncomfortable, and since it's not a hard pillow, I've been able to get a really good night's sleep! There are various sizes available; I liked the XS, and my husband is using the S. I gifted it to my dad, and he says the S feels a little low!
