While comfort while sleeping is important, we also started to consider how comfortable and refreshed our necks feel when we wake up. So this time, we selected pillows that fit each family member's usual sleeping habits and what they find comfortable. ▪️Husband who prefers high pillows My husband tends to prefer high pillows, so he prioritizes a height that makes his neck feel comfortable when he wakes up. Since the heights on both sides differ, allowing for use at the desired level, my husband uses the higher side. ▪️Growing children (2nd and 4th graders) Since sleeping time is also crucial for children during their growth period, I wanted to choose pillows that are appropriate for their age. Since this pillow is designed for growing children aged 8 to 16, I chose one that allows them to sleep comfortably. ▪️Sleeping on my side I tend to sleep on my side, so rather than a pillow that is too hard, I found that one that comfortably supports the neck while being soft where the head rests suits me best. So, I chose a pillow that provides support while remaining comfortable where the head rests. ▪️Neck pillow for both home and travel For a neck pillow, comfortable neck support is the most important factor, so I chose one that provides firm support while being comfortable to use for a long time. It is great for relaxing at home and also easy to take along when traveling. I found that not everyone in the family finds the same pillow comfortable. I think the most important thing is finding a pillow that suits each individual, considering factors like height, sleeping posture, and preferred feel.
