Since this is an older apartment, kitchen storage was lacking, but if I prioritized storage, finding space for a dining table was tricky. I felt that placing the table in the kitchen would compromise storage and make movement inconvenient, yet living without a table would also feel uncomfortable! So, during the interior renovation, I moved the dining table I used to have to the living room and installed a new island in the kitchen!
