I used to use a light-colored rug. While it looked pretty, it was rough, and whenever I ran the robot vacuum, the threads around the edges would unravel and get tangled. T_T So, I welcomed the winter with a dark navy color that doesn't interfere with the robot vacuum, has a soft texture, and clean lines! It really sets the mood, so I love it.
