I'm posting for the first time in a while, sharing the breakfast and lunch I had with my husband over the weekend 🍞🥗🍚 Thanks to Chao Chai's Mapo Tofu, I whipped up a quick and simple lunch! It's been a while since I took out homemade side dishes and had a simple meal. When I eat alone or don't post, I usually just set the table haphazardly, but it felt great to finally set up a nice plate and enjoy a meal like this 🤍 I bought Kaymak at Costco, and spreading it on toasted bread with honey made for a hearty breakfast. It's expensive to eat at a cafe, but I enjoyed it to my heart's content at home for the first time in a long while 🥖 It's been a really long time since I wrote a post, but actually, I was going through a tough time during the early stages of my pregnancy 🥹 My body wasn't cooperating for a while due to morning sickness, and since I went back to work, posting was difficult. I'm approaching my 16th week soon; it doesn't quite feel real yet, but I'm spending each day with excitement 💞 Now that my condition has returned, I'll try to post at least once in a while and visit other blogs again!
