The old glossy wooden base cabinets kept bothering me, so I considered replacing the doors, but instead, I tried a DIY remodel using adhesive sheets. I applied adhesive sheets with a similar color tone to the upper cabinets to the shiny, glossy wooden base cabinets, and replaced the glossy tiles, which looked like bathroom tiles, with matte tiles. I changed things one by one without any major construction, and the kitchen atmosphere has become much cleaner.
