I recently tried to change the kitchen faucet myself, and it turns out there are professionals out there for a reason. ㅋㅋㅋ It was hard to even remove the existing faucet, so I ended up asking for a technician. 🥲 The first technician came last Saturday, but he said the hot water part couldn't be put back in and it seemed like a defective product, so I contacted the company and the second technician was scheduled to come tomorrow. I've been washing dishes in the sink with cold water for a few days, so I hope it's installed properly tomorrow so I can use warm water!
