This is a Happy Housing Type 36 unit. I am using the large room with the sliding door as both a bedroom and a living room. The bed is king-size; since storage is key in a small home, I chose a bed frame with ample storage, and because the mattress is high, it ended up being a really tall bed... haha. Still, I can fit two fans inside and all sorts of things in my suitcase, so I am very satisfied.
