: After the hot summer and fall, you can harvest big, old pumpkins with yellow insides from my mother's garden before winter comes. My mother would make pumpkin juice with those big pumpkins in the winter or make a rich pumpkin porridge with glutinous rice powder, and that was like a nutritious food that I had to eat in the winter. In the cold season when the insides are cold, the boiled pumpkin porridge gives you a deep warmth, and today, I warmed up my body with sweet pumpkin porridge made to recall that memory. I can't perfectly recreate the taste of my mother's pumpkin porridge, though. @truecine
