This is a review written after receiving a sponsored on-site repair/installation service from Jipda. Every time I saw it, I thought I had to change it, and later I deliberately ignored it because I didn't want to see it. Thanks to Jipda's installation service, I finally replaced it a year after moving in. I heard that you can do curtains and blinds yourself, but replacing the light bulb felt so difficult and dangerous that I didn't dare to touch it. It was really convenient because I could choose the date and time I wanted on the app (weekends and evenings are also ok!), and I could see the price right away after selecting the detailed work (light location, electrical wiring, drilling, etc.). It was so convenient that I didn't have to call to explain the work, ask how much it would be, or negotiate on this date.👍 In addition, I had to change my schedule because I was in self-quarantine on the date I had reserved, but I was able to change it right away through a very friendly KakaoTalk customer service representative. The engineer who visited me was on time, and he knew the work in advance, so I didn't need any additional explanations, and he was very kind and thorough. It wasn't a big deal because it was a job of replacing the original light with a new one, but since it was smaller than the original, there were screw holes visible on the ceiling, but they filled them up very neatly without any noticeable signs. Jipda's installation service was so satisfying in so many ways that I wanted to change all the lights in my house. They provide various services such as not only lights, but also sink faucets, ceiling fans, door handles, etc., so I think I'll be using them often in the future. I want to recommend Jipda's convenient, friendly, and safe repair/installation system to everyone around me❤️
