This week's cooking log. I made financier and failed because it was harder than I thought. I felt like the butter separated, so I'll try again! And I tried gnocchi. The shape is a bit disappointing, but it was delicious, and the peas and cream sauce went so well together. The last pasta was ragu sauce that my husband boiled for a long time. If you just boil the pasta noodles and heat the sauce, it becomes a great dish🍝
