I've been using the IO vacuum blender every day🤍 Since I got a blender, I've been able to enjoy fruits that I didn't eat because they were too bothersome as juice and I've started to enjoy trying out different dishes👩🏻‍🍳 In addition to the blending function, the IO vacuum blender has snowflake shaved ice, peanut butter, vacuum pickling, and pulse functions. It seems like it's just a collection of the functions that are essential for cooking!👍 This time, I used the vacuum pickling mode to make homemade pickles. (Ingredients are cucumber, radish, cabbage🥒) Just press the vacuum pickling button, and the blender will automatically repeat the vacuum and release so that the pickle juice seeps deep into the ingredients, so the pickles are ready right away without a separate maturing period✨ I decided to have curry for dinner but I should eat the pickles I made myself!💛
