I made cabbage and cucumber pickles with the Io Vacuum Blender! You might wonder if you can make pickles with a blender, but Io has a function that quickly marinates the ingredients with seasonings by simply pressing the #진공절임 button! Pickles that need to be aged for 2-3 days are aged in 6 minutes... 👍🏻 Isn't it amazing? ㅎㅎ It's a function that can be used not only for pickles but also for all kinds of pickled foods such as bulgogi and shrimp sauce! When you make pickles and put them in the Io and press the vacuum pickling button, vacuum starts - maintains vacuum - releases vacuum as air is released and it pickles automatically by repeating this 4 times🥴 In the last picture, I compared non-pickled pickles vs. vacuum pickled pickles! You can see the difference just by looking at the colors! What a special friend.. 💛
