I am so satisfied with the product that I am writing this review while lying down right now. I decided to purchase it because it had the perfect combination of design, fabric, and functionality, plus a great price. It isn't as soft as I expected! My studio apartment is small, so I removed the bed and switched to a sofa bed, and I think I made the right choice. It is great for maximizing space and has good features, but there is one thing: when the delivery man came and demonstrated it, it was supposed to engage in the 3rd stage sofa mode, but the 2nd stage didn't engage properly. I plan to use it for now, and when I called the customer service representative, they told me to contact the company directly if the problem persists, so I intend to just keep using it for now! The stool hasn't arrived yet, but I am looking forward to that as well. The fabric feels a bit like suede, and since it is ivory, I think it will get dirty easily. Even though it wipes clean well, I'm worried about it, so I plan to use it with a duvet underneath!!! I will use it well. I am very satisfied with the value for money! The design is the best among existing sofa beds; it is even prettier in person.
