The heat can be adjusted in 6 stages, so you can control the heat more delicately than you think, and since it's an electric product, I like that it's safer than using butane gas and I don't have to worry about carbon monoxide! It's noisy due to the nature of tabletop induction, but I didn't feel that uncomfortable! These days, I'm just thinking about making various dishes like stew, soup, and stew☺️
