I bought it to put plants on. The two frames are not fixed separately, but are fixed by inserting the shelves, but the frame that is fixed at the very bottom is slightly bent, so the shelves keep trying to fall off. ㅠㅠ Still, I put it in with force and it works well. It doesn't wobble much when inserted, and it is safe to move on the wheels. I wanted a silver trolley, and it goes well with the plants and is pretty!!
