These are beautiful pink Evergreen strawberries that you can't taste after April. They're a bit pricey, so I used to put them in my cart and buy them whenever there was a coupon. Since last winter, when I've been staying at home and enjoying home cafes, I've taken pictures of Evergreen strawberries that I've been saving on pretty plates. They're delicious even if you just eat them, but the best of them is the croffle cake I made with whipped cream on top of the croffle. Looking at the picture, I want to eat them again. If this month passes, I'll have to wait until winter. I'm sad, so I'll have to go and take one last shot😊
