Regardless of whether I move into Ohaus Season 6 #챌린저빌리지 or not, I thought I should start walking for days when I lack exercise, and I completed the SNPE Challenge in March to prepare for walking exercise(?). Although it wasn't my intention, SNPE served as a kind of warm-up exercise for me, who has bad knees and back, and thanks to it, I don't feel as much pain in my knees and back as before while walking 10,000 steps. Starting in 2022, I started a new challenge that I promised myself and kept myself every month, but this time I decided to do it for 100 days. I thought that one month wasn't enough and that I would need 100 days to see changes. I started it for my health, but things I hadn't seen while driving around add energy to my day. However, my commute to work, which used to take less than 10 minutes, has increased to 40 minutes. I started it as a promise to myself, but I'm looking forward to the synergy that will come from moving into Challenger Village. I'm also looking forward to Ohaus' April Challenge, which hasn't started yet. Until the announcement, I'll just try my best to walk hard.🚶🏻‍♀️
