Sometimes I don't want to go to bed early. I started writing a diary because I was afraid that if I didn't write it down, I wouldn't remember and lose all the days that went by the same way, and I've been writing every day for 9 years without missing a single day! (Of course, I sometimes miss it by a day or two💦 It's really simple. I just write down five lines as they come to mind, such as what time I woke up, what I ate for lunch and dinner, what my commute to and from work was like, and any particularly memorable feelings. It's rare for me to look back at my diary, but these are my precious records that I keep making with the desire to remember every day✏️
