After a long time, I'm going to organize my vanity and share how I store my cosmetics. Since the basics are large, I put them on a tray, and I store the colors in a transparent acrylic storage box. I also store the puffs in an acrylic storage box. They are stored in a storage box so they don't collect dust, but they are transparent so they're easy to find, and since the drawers are completely removable, you can just pull out the ones you need like trays and use them. These days, I'm not having a hard time organizing and cleaning my cosmetics.
