I always look at my phone before going to bed and then fall asleep. Then I can’t fall asleep easily. I keep thinking about things I’ve been exposed to and those thoughts keep coming back to me. I’m actually trying to change my phone habit before going to bed because it interferes with my sleep quality. I can only read a little bit of the book I read in bed because I fall asleep quickly, but I think it’s the best for improving my sleep quality.
