This weekend's home brunch menu is a French galette-style omelette and croissant! It was harder than I thought to make a plump rugby ball-shaped omelette, so I always failed, but if you fold the corners in the galette style and put your favorite toppings in the middle, you can make a simple and delicious brunch omelette! Today, I added tomatoes and Emmental cheese, and it was delicious enough on its own~ With the jam-covered croissant and the popular melon salad, it became a very filling meal :)
