I'm a bread lover, so I love all breads, but I especially love sweet castella :) So I eat castella often, but surprisingly, it's hard to find really delicious castella. I've often been disappointed by castellas that are too dry or sticky like rice cakes, but this is the most delicious castella I've had recently. The moist yet chewy texture is surprisingly good, and it doesn't have an artificial sweetness, but a luxurious and soft sweetness 🍯 It's so delicious :) I'm on a diet, but I almost lost my mind and ate it all.... 🤣
