It has already been a month since I moved up from Daejeon to Seoul and into this tiny studio apartment. For this small space, my top priority was coziness, and my second was space utilization. I removed the desk and chair, which were useless additions, and instead used a bedside table as a dining table and a table for when friends visit. I bought a 5,000-won stool from Daiso. I purchased a side table to place my phone on and to display an embroidered frame I received as a gift, and I bought a duvet to match the overall gray tone. I tried to create a cozy space where I could rest, rather than a messy, overly bright home, when I come home from classes or work after starting a new job. Also, I bought the sofa bed not for my own use, but for guests. Since I don't really like friends climbing right onto the bed when they visit, I thought a sofa would be better than sitting on the floor. (It’s nice not having my bed taken away when I sleep, hehe.)
