I'm at Jeju Market right now, and cheonggyul season is in full swing:) I bought 1kg of cheonggyul that I can't eat otherwise and made cheong, and the sour taste and aroma are really good🤍 I heard it's good to drink it as a tea in the winter, so I bought 5kg and made it into a large quantity and stored it🌝✨ They say that cheong is best when you make it with a 1:1 ratio of fruit and sugar!
