
I've been interested in healthy eating lately, so I've been reading articles and information related to it. Foods eaten outside the home are not as healthy as food cooked at home, so I try to cook at home with organic ingredients, good seasonings, and cooking utensils. Today, I read an article about seasonings. There are so many different seasonings these days, but there was an article that said to avoid foods made with more than 5 ingredients. They say that if there are many ingredients, it means that it's highly processed and therefore not good for your health. How about making at least one meal at home with healthy ingredients?
