A record for my future self. I got really sick while looking at houses for my new home. I guess I was stressed out. A coworker who recently moved said that he gets a strong feeling when he gets to the house I’m going to live in. I was just worried about when that feeling would come. It was the same that day. The location was strange, the house was too old, or I was going to look at just one house for the last time, but as soon as I opened the door, I felt like this was the house I was going to live in. It was small, but somehow it felt cozy. Maybe because it was the house I finally moved into after much hardship, I became very attached to it. I cleaned and swept the house every day, and decorated the house with things I liked. I started by uploading review photos little by little, and before I knew it, I became an O-Haus member. Recording the house became more and more enjoyable. A fried egg with a cracked yolk but just the right amount of doneness. A sunny day. Apple juice that tasted even better after cleaning the house. I hope that someday, when time passes, I can look at my current records and think, ‘I used to live in this house. It was so nice back then!’
