<What are you doing to stay healthy these days?> These days, my family is trying to eat healthy meals at home. We are trying to reduce carbohydrates and fat, eat protein-based meals, and eat brown rice instead of white rice. When we have time, we eat sweet potato rice pot rice and make scorched rice. We are also trying various dishes using chicken breast.^^ I also tried making japchae without oil, and it was really delicious. I highly recommend Salad Master, which made all these dishes possible.
