It's raw beef tartare!! I put the raw beef in a mold with arugula on the bottom and then took it out. I mixed whipped cream and blue cheese to make it look like egg white. ㅎㅎ And egg yolk!!! It's so pretty when you sprinkle cheese on it. ㅎㅎ
