I was looking into installing a system shelf, but I wasn't ready to drill into the wall yet, so I decided to just use the existing bookshelf and recently organized it. When I looked at foreign interior photos, I saw that it looked neater to put the books upside down so that the covers couldn't be seen, so I tried it too. Does it look neater?!
