The delivery was fast, and I really love the product! It is exactly the beige color I imagined. It looks cozy and I love it so much~ The color in my photo came out a bit darker than the actual product. It is moderately firm but not too hard, so it is great for both sitting and lying down~ The fact that it came with four cushions is also very useful and really great. The value for money is truly amazing!!! The only downside was that the delivery driver arrived more than an hour later than the scheduled time~ I couldn't receive it myself, so I asked someone else to pick it up for me, and I felt so bad for them having to wait shivering in an empty house without the heater on.
