My 3rd grader in elementary school, the bed she used got smaller as she grew up. I changed the IKEA adjustable bed to a super single bed for my daughter who wanted the big bed that mom and dad use. A combination of mint and lavender for my daughter who likes lavender. I put a lot of thought into a soft, firm, heavy, sturdy, and high-quality mattress for my daughter's sweet sleep. I'm completely satisfied!! And I bought a product with lighting and storage for independent sleeping, so we'll be able to use it for a long time.
