Sterilize a heat-resistant glass container with boiling water and remove moisture. 2. Cut the radish, celery, and jalapeno into desired sizes and fill the prepared container tightly. 3. Boil the water, vinegar, sugar, pickling spice, and bay leaves in a pot. 4. Once it starts to boil, boil for 5-10 minutes to remove the sour taste (Important❗️) 5. Pour 4 into an airtight container, close the lid, and leave to mature at room temperature for a day. 6. Store in the refrigerator and eat cold.
