📝Today's record I woke up late on the weekend and had a homemade brunch with my husband🤍 It's a bit of a hassle to plate it nicely, but it's a self-gift for my husband and I who have lived a good weekday🎁 Cut a lot of fresh fruit Make cabbage coleslaw and eat it with strawberry jam and freshly baked morning bread, it's heaven👼🏻 I'm revealing a coleslaw recipe that's great as a brunch menu, a snack when you're hungry, or a lunchbox menu for a picnic A really delicious coleslaw recipe🍳 1. Ingredients: 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 onion, 1/4 carrot, 1/2 apple, a little corn, various seasonings 2. Slice the cabbage thinly, dice the carrot into small pieces, and soak in salt water for 10 minutes 3. Chop the onion finely and soak in cold water, and remove the seeds from the apple and cut it into small pieces Dice 4. Squeeze out the water from the cabbage, carrots, and onions using a dehydrator 5. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl 6. Add 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 2 tbsp vinegar (or white balsamic), a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of salt 7. Mix well and let sit in the refrigerator for a day or half a day, then eat with Paris Baguette morning bread 8.
