I'll tell you about a dish that even a single person who is not good at cooking can easily make, Green Onion Myeongran Rice Balls ☺️ - In a large handful of green onion (a handful for a large hand), Mix together red pepper powder, sesame powder, a pinch of salt, and sesame oil, and spread it out on the bottom of the plate where you will put the rice ball. - After preparing a line of low-salt pollack roe, Split the shell lengthwise and spread it out to scrape out only the roe inside. - Decide how many rice balls you will make with the prepared rice, and take out enough pollack roe in advance to use as a topping. -Except for the pollack roe for topping, the remaining pollack roe, sesame powder, sesame oil Add these three to the rice and mix well Make into bite-sized or two-sized rounds Plate on top of the green onions, then top the rice with pollack roe Sprinkle sesame powder and enjoy 🧡 (There is no video of the sesame powder sprinkled because I didn't press the recording button..🥲) *If you don't like green onions, just make rice balls without them And if you like green onions, make them together and eat them as a side dish 🙂 Instead, if you only make rice balls, eat them with other vegetable side dishes! No matter how delicious pollack roe is If you eat rice balls alone, the texture is too bland and you'll get tired of it quickly So eat them with crunchy side dishes 😋 *I had enough seasoning with one small line of pollack roe But this is the standard for not eating too salty! The recipe will vary depending on the amount of rice or the weight of a single line of roe, so adjust the amount of roe by tasting it when mixing the rice! Since you will also be adding roe as a topping, the rice should be a little bland 😉⠀
