They say cucumbers are in season from April to July :) It's still March, but I keep thinking about fresh cucumbers, so I've been eating them a lot lately😆 Spread Atelier Creta tartar sauce on toasted bread and put sliced cucumbers on top for a simple yet filling meal.🤍 It's similar to Jeon Hyun-moo's (?) toast, but different! I like crunchy cucumbers that aren't pickled, so I enjoy eating them like this🫶🏻
