As the weather gets a little warmer, I tried plating a fresh brunch table with spring flowers and fruits. I decorated it with pretty flowers sent by Ohaus, and the point is that I didn’t cut the long branches of the Seol Yu-hwa but let them extend all the way to the top of the plate to resemble a cherry blossom tree! I made a castella with brown sugar and chocolate milk. It’s so delicious when eaten with bananas, green grapes, and coffee. And the mini French dinner baguettes and American dinner rolls are secretly delicious when eaten with vegetables!
