It’s been 10 years since I’ve been in the kitchen, and I’ve used a few different cooking utensils that I’ve really liked. ELO stainless steel cooking utensils are hygienic, so I’ve been using them since I got married, and Kamome Kitchen’s measuring cup has internal scales, so I use it for measuring, and it’s also stainless steel, so I use it as a mixing bowl. Modori’s griddle pan is safe to scratch and doesn’t stick, so I use it for any kind of cooking. Wooden products need to be replaced once in a while, but the feeling of use and the sound of the wood rubbing against each other are really nice to hear. My kitchen always feels warm thanks to the cooking utensils that are filled with my hands and love.
