☕️The Barn Berlin Seongsu 📍31-22, Ttukseom-ro 17-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul ⏱10:00-21:00 German specialty roastery ‘The Barn’ has opened its flagship store in Seongsu. They pursue sustainability and eco-friendliness and only roast single-origin coffee beans with an SCA chart score of 86 or higher. There weren’t many, but there were bakeries to enjoy with coffee, and I ordered an Emmental ham and cheese sandwich and a long black. I drank Ethiopia, which has a strong acidity, and the coffee was really delicious. It had a really good aroma and taste. It’s located in a little alley, so you have to go there to find it, but I think it’s worth a visit because of the natural and simple interior and coffee that preserves the original appearance of the house.
